I can even run the /_rt/Parsoid test which pulls the Parsoid webpage and runs it through the parsoid server. I can connect to and get the parsoid server. Installed git, nodejs 0.10 x86, visual studio 10 express. Using windows 8- X64, ran through the the Parsoid/Setup instructions for windows.
